In the past, he participated in a number of successful logistics projects with a total market value of 120 million euros. He was a pioneer of parcel logistics in the Czech Republic and at the birth of PPL CZ, the largest service of this kind in the Czech Republic, from which From the position of CEO, he built the largest parcel operator in the CEE region, which he led into the structures of the logistics giant Deutsche Post.

Jitka Mifkova is a key member of the management of the Clever Group. She serves as a member of the HGS Board of Directors and also holds the role of the company's CFO. She is also a member of the Supervisory Board of CEJS Group, a.s., where she is involved in the strategic direction and financial management of the group.

After graduating from CTU, she gained a deeper insight into the European business environment thanks to the prestigious Copernic study program in Paris, focused on economics and marketing. She subsequently applied her knowledge in leading financial positions in international companies, where she achieved the position of CFO of the MidCE Cluster (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary). She significantly participated in the restructuring of the Hungarian branch and led the accounting, controlling and legal services departments.

Jakub Šíma is one of the leading members of the Clever Group and also the Chief Operating Officer of HGS. He has been working in facility management for 11 years, during which he has gained extensive experience in operations management and strategic service development.

He joined HGS as an Operations Manager and, thanks to his professional knowledge and managerial skills, gradually worked his way up to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Today, in addition to operations management, he is also involved in the strategic direction of the entire company. of the Clever Group as a member of the management. In addition to his role in HGS, he also holds a leadership position in CEJS ČR.
