Stronger thanks to the acquisition of YABOK

We would like to share an important update. At the end of October, we completed the acquisition of YABOK and YABOK Home and welcomed their employees and customers into the Clevery family. With this acquisition, we are laying the foundation for a holding structure that now consists of three brands: HGS, CEJS, and YABOK.

New Opportunities for HGS and Our Clients

For HGS, this acquisition represents a significant strengthening in the cleaning sector. We gain access to a broader regional market, a range of new and interesting clients, and additional production, personnel, and material resources. In return, we will support YABOK with a wider portfolio of services, a strong organizational and process infrastructure, and further synergies within HGS and CEJS operations.

Through the acquisition of YABOK, HGS gains access to their unique methods and efficient solutions, which will enrich our service offering. YABOK has long been recognized as a brand known for its dedication, efficiency, and excellent customer care. By combining our strengths, we now offer an expanded portfolio of services that our clients can immediately benefit from.

For our clients, this means more innovation, higher expertise, and access to a broader range of services not only in the Czech market but also across Central Europe through our CEJS brand. This acquisition further reinforces our commitment to quality, flexibility, and an individualized approach—core values of HGS.

For YABOK clients, new opportunities arise thanks to the extensive background of HGS. Together with CEJS, we can offer advanced facility management services not only in the Czech Republic but also in the Central European market. This combination creates a strong foundation for future cooperation and development.

HGS and YABOK share family roots and a long-standing tradition in the industry. We are grateful to Štěpánka and Marcel Oubrecht, who built YABOK on the principles of professionalism and personal approach. Their experience and trust in our cooperation are a great responsibility for us.
